1. Product Description

THT – M1C Fire Stop super sealant is one component, acrylic emulsion based and specially formulated for being barrier against fire.

2. Properties

• Water based, contains no asbestos or fibres

• Easy application

• Short surface curing

• Paintable

• Good adhesion to concrete and masonry substrates

• Flexible

• Low Vocs

• More than 4 hours Fire resistance without using any backfilling material according to EN 1366-4 under certain conditions tested by APPLUS Laboratories.

Sound transmisstion classification (STC): 60 dB ( ASTM E90 – 97 )

4. Application Details

Application Temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C

Temperature Resistance: +800 °C to +1000 °C

The application surface must be solid, clean, dry and free of dust, oil and Grease. Suitable for below applications;

• Precast panel joints

• Control joints in masonry blockwork

• Sealing around metal ducting/pipework etc.

5. Packaging 310ml x 25 per box

6. Shelf Life

Store the product in a cool and dry place.

The shelf life is 12 months at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C

7. Caution

Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use gloves before application

Keep out of freezing, direct sunlight and temperatures above 40°C
